"We have been trying to find the time to eat here for months! Gotta tell you, we were not disappointed. Loved everything about Draft House! Allie was our server and she was so knowledgeable about all of the specials, menu items. She knew what drinks to pair with the items. Just an absolute asset and really bumped up an amazing meal. For our meal we had Conch Fritters for an appetizer.(forgot to take a picture) They were probably the best we've had in a long time. Hubby dined on wings. While I had the special of the day, Beef Sirloin with a butter garlic glaze over a toasted bun with onion rings and their house cole slaw. For the first time in quite a while, everything was just delicious!! Everything was cooked to perfection!! Onion rings were just that perfect golden you'd expect. Coleslaw wasn't that mess everyone has been serving lately. Can not wait to return for more outstanding food and service!!"

"Good food. Good fun. Good spot to watch a game or the fights. Hangover tots are stupid good. Wings are nice, especially lemon yaki. Burgers are okay, sliders are better. Jalapeño cheese balls are delicious. When I'm trying to be healthy, I've order the cauliflower wings twice forgetting that they are heavily battered...good but NOT healthy. Bring your friends, play some games, eat some indulgent bites from a hefty choice of items sure to please everyone in your party, and sit where it suits you quiet dining room, loud bar (lots of cussing sometimes), game room, TV room, or center of all the action. The bathrooms are always clean and the service good. There's no smoking, so it doesn't feel like a bar; it's a sports restaurant."

"we were there thanksgiving. there were few empty tables, the staff was sufficient. the baby next to us. the service was above average, but we had the opportunity to wait for water, seasoned, gravitation. the prix fixed Thanksgiving dinner were visually unpublished (fragments of truthahn in a baptism, a crowded plate, overtaking brussels spruten. the desserts were unusually disappointing – the bundled cake a la fashion was heavy and had little chocolate flavor; the pumpkin mousse tar was heavy, the consistency of cream cheese, lumpy sweet. the high point was the filet mignon, perfectly grilled and quite delicate. our server was very accommodating, interspersed with other servers occasionally required as delivery. order what they do best: grill meat. c)"

"The ambience and music at this restaurant were fantastic. However, we were highly disappointed with our server. They managed to mess up 4 out of 6 beverage orders. Although they admitted their mistake, they simply shook our same drinks again instead of making new ones. We found the service to be the worst, especially considering the high price of $22 per drink. We recommend going to the lobby lounge above, where the service is much better and worthy of the Hotel Georgia name."

"We've been going to Putnam Inn for a few years, but what a find! We love this place! We never had a bad experience in this food! We took some family members for lunch on Saturday 7/2/16. The buffet changed from breakfast to lunch when we arrived. The lady who sat on us said it was about 10 minutes or so to be completely finished, so that we put our waitress, our beverage orders came. We have drinks in time. The buffet was ready for lunch within the time the lady said it was. I must say all raves about the fried chicken BUT let me say I tried the pox for the first time they were the bomb! I hardly needed a knife to cut it!! I have NIE pork chops in a restaurant, let alone on a buffet that soooo delicate had so good taste! WOW! I have read some mixed reviews about this place, but I can honestly say we never had a bad experience with the food, the staff or the decor of the dining room! The tables are clean, the buffet always seems clean, even the cutlery! Genuine cloth napkins for a buffet?! What a treat! I like the decor. Yeah, it's simple, but I'm here to eat the delicious food, not to decorate ideas. The fancier the facility the more you pay. The price for the buffet is very reasonable given the type of dishes served! Maybe we're not picky people, but I always leave this place with a good feeling! I say if you're starving here, it's your own fault! I wouldn't change anything here!"

Would not return to this location. The manager also did not apologize for the situation. Waitress was great, very polite and helpful. First and last time going to this location. "It 's been a few years since I 've been at a Cheesecake Factory, I recall it being a bit more higher-end (more like a step above Houlihans), but this location was NOT that; it felt dated and service was slow/sub-par to the point we saw two tables leavewhile we were there (supposedly computers went down). Not all the silverware was thoroughly clean. In addition, our serverwasn 't sharp. I had to repeat and remind the server of our drink order (one drink was missing, claimed I didn 't order it, butthen looked at his book and saw it was there and apologized) as well as forgot the dressing for my salad. One of the entreesnever arrived we had to flag down our waiter to follow up with the kitchen, it came 15-20 min after the other 2 had alreadyarrived (to the point food started getting cold) and our server barely followed up with us. He was nice when he was there buthis niceness did not make up for the poor service. Food was okay and the selection was vast (almost old-school diner like) somany options including low carb/calorie options (which was nice to see). Entree portions were filling but seems a bit light forthe price. The best value IMO is the Renee 's special, soup, salad, and sandwich. And if you 're looking for a healthier dessertoption, I recommend the low-calorie no sugar added Low-Licious Cheesecake, that was surprisingly good! These positives notes arethe only reason why I gave this location 2-stars, I 'm probably not returning to this location, I recall a better experience atthe Garden City location, so I 'll go there IF I decide to give Cheesecake Factory another shot."

"I have never been treated quite as rudely as I was the night that seven friends and I went here for dinner. We were treated as if we were second class by the server and management. We left after a drink and looking over the menu. I have eaten in some fine restaurants, many in NYC, that were finer than this one. However, they were as they say in the south ;uppity ;, myself I considered their attitude pompous and self important. You want RUDE and impolite... then by all means go here for a meal. Take your friends so that they can experience it too. It was charming to be treated as if you were sitting below the salt. Everyone should have this feeling in a place they intended to spend an evening with friends. DONT MISS IT."

"When dining at a national chain restaurant, you can expect consistent food quality, predictable service, and pricing. During our visit on Father's Day, we were informed of a 30-45 minute wait, but were pleasantly surprised when we were seated in just 25 minutes. The greeter's strategy of underestimating the wait time worked well in keeping guests happy. Once seated, we received a warm greeting and our drinks were served promptly. The fried Mac and Cheese balls were particularly delicious. The staff efficiently cleaned and prepared tables, and the bathrooms were clean. However, there seemed to be a shortage of wait staff, possibly due to the busy holiday. Some tables expressed disappointment in the service and wait times. Additionally, there was a shortage of napkins, as they were not provided until requested."
