"Fills special requests and has great food. The steamed maine lobster tail is the best. Every once in a while, we get the server who abandons us at the end of the meal. Does not come back to refill water, bring to go boxes or ask us if we want dessert. Most of the time however the service is great."

"Today, on 11/12/21, I attempted to order lunch using the app and automated system at Red Lobster. However, I encountered a situation where I was unable to complete my order. After calling the Red Lobster at Cielo Vista Mall, I spoke to Briann M., who informed me that they no longer offer green beans as a side. I was disappointed, as I had recently enjoyed the green beans which were cooked to perfection along with my baked carrots and deliciously boiled fish. Despite this setback, I would still recommend Red Lobster."

"The restaurant received a rating of 4.5 stars for its cleanliness and good service. Although the server forgot a salad, they quickly corrected the mistake. The portions were nice and the food tasted good. However, there was a 20-minute wait on Saturday night. One suggestion for improvement is to redesign the bacon scallop appetizer by increasing the portion size to five or six pieces, or perhaps offering it as an amuse-bouche. When sharing with a group of four, there was only enough for a single bite."

"Best red lobster in the area! Great service and quick as well. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is that my fish n chips cod filet was a curled up, slightly over fried, sad looking piece of fish and that's all that came with it. At least at some places (like C--vers) you get 2 pieces of fish and 2 sides. I shouldn't pay $10 for a sad piece of fish with one side."

"The service when we entered was very uninterested in us the both where we were seated was dirty the food was cold and the butter for my snow crab legs was unsalted butter so the food had no flavor also the muscles was not soupy it was thick and dry very bad my Arnold palmer was like dirty faucet water it made my stomach hurt the restroom was dirty and hardly any toilet paper just very disappointed with this location it was gross it was very bad. The waitress she was nice. to bad the location was not also they forgot to give me my side and didn't even bother to discount it off my ticket never going to this location again...."

When you place an order for pickup at 12 noon and that is the pickup time suggested then you would think that the employee understood that pickup time at 12 means the customer expects to pick the food up at 12!!! "We had horrible service by pur server. My lobster bake had no flavor, very bland and lacked the garlic sauce that was supposed to come on it. It was very dry. The manager was nice enough to comp the meal. My husband got the admirals feast and ending up with a severe upset stomach in the middle of the night. Will never return."

"First of all, our server Cindy was excellent. She was very kind and promptly resolved the issue we encountered. I chose items from the '3 from the sea' menu, including the Caesar salad, crispy coconut shrimp, and Atlantic salmon with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. All of which were quite good. Unfortunately, the quality check for the two main lobster tails we ordered was lacking. While one was perfect and delicious, the other was shriveled, brown, and had a unpleasant odor. However, they quickly replaced it with a new one. Overall, it wasn't a bad dining experience and I still enjoyed my meal despite the issue with the lobster tail."

"Red Lobster always delivers on their delicious biscuits, tasty food, and prompt service. But our recent visit to the Wayne Rd location was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our group, which included someone with special needs. The hostesses seated us in a quiet, dimly lit area as requested, the manager lowered the music for us, and our waiter, Michael, was outstanding. Michael even went above and beyond by adding extra food and biscuits to-go for our special needs companion. Our experience at Red Lobster was truly amazing."
