"We hadn’t been there a couple years and thought we’d try it out again. Came early for drinks and apps….great drinks, staff and food to start out with. Dinner out on the coveted patio was a great area to sit out in. I ordered steak, and have to say it was one of the worst steaks I’ve had in awhile. Medium rare was medium well and really lacked flavor. But desserts were great as well as all the other food and the waiter was great. Just next time I’ll go and not get steak again."

Why was I able to get a notification from Allgauer's accepting my reservation if they didn't have lunch service that day? Very disappointed."

"A decent place for a decent burger. I have an avocado bacon cheeseburger. It hit the spot. You have a range of burgers, pommes and Mexican food. What this place is really apart for me are the freshly cut pommes. They remind me of one-n-outries, except I like them better because they are thicker cut. Ausgefries are too thin for my preference. The staff is kind. They offered to delete our garbage for us, brought us spices and asked if we needed something else. Once we have set ourselves to dinner, we did not have to get up (except for drinks that serve themselves)."

"We called ahead with a party of 12 and they were not only able to set up tables for us but serve us very well. All of the food was excellent. We had Calzones, pizza, and several pastas. The Chicken Pasta with Vodka sauce was fantastic. They have happy hour on their draft beer from 3-7 for $2.00 a 12 oz glass. Today's special, Thursday, $4.99 margaritas."

"My husband and I recently celebrated my birthday dinner at Bleu. We had Crispy Calamari and Fried Brussel Sprouts tapas appetizers and a bottle of wine. Dinner for me was the Lump Crab Shrimp Cakes, he had the Grilled Mahi Mahi. Everything was delicious and the service is wonderful from the front door to the bar and wait staff. And to the heart of all fine dining...the kitchen. Cudos to the chefs. I highly recommend."

"We went for their New Year’s Eve dinner. We were very tightly packed into the restaurant which made it very uncomfortable because the other patrons were practically sitting on top of us. Service was slow. My son who is only 10 ordered an appetizer and soup for his meal. Instead of asking if we would like his soup to come out with our appetizer, they just made him sit and wait until we had our entrée delivered. I did ask the waitress to bring out the soup, she said it was backed up in the kitchen and couldn’t bring it out. Been told that our dinner would be coming out soon she went to walk away we had to flag her down again in order to get our drinks refilled. I’m not sure if she was just very busy or absent minded however, it was a lackluster experience considering the entrées were all approximately 30 through 50 and the entire menu ala carte. For that much money you would think that the service would be better, there would be tablecloths on all the tables and that the food would be more flavorful delicious. Our Filet Tip app was not very good. I have had better at Garlic in the Burg."

"We enjoyed such a wonderful meal at Fratello's that I can't wait to go back to enjoy more of their menu! I had eggplant rollitini and it just melted in my mouth a top perfectly cooked ziti with homemade sauce. Shrimp scampi and a traditional pasta dish were also a huge hit. Our server Kim was the best! Unfortunately, my husband has a very bad, gluten intolerance and the rice he was served with his lobster dick was definitely not gluten-free. Not sure if the mix of the server or kitchen or what happened. He was sick all the rest of the night so definitely know that it was not gluten-free. We have often dined here and always had good food and this is the first time it happened, but only want someone to be aware of it."

"We had a nice server, she was a bit inexperienced, but that didn't bother us because we could say that she worked hard and tried to do the right thing for all the tables she visited. I realized she wasn't properly trained. Our server came to our table with the wrong order. When I pointed out that the court was not what I ordered, she insisted that I was wrong. A few minutes later she came back and apologized for the mixture. No big deal, it happens. Another server showed up with our dinner, and again it was the wrong order. The owner came by and asked what was going on. We told him and he said our server was new and then offered us free dessert. I thought that was a nice gesture, but not necessary. He went on and on how great the desserts were and how happy we will be after trying these amazing creations. He also told us how important we were for him. What really worries me was the owner never returned to our table to see if we were satisfied. By the way, my pasta meal was boiled and tasteless, I guess the cook was also new. We paid the bill and left the standard 20% tip. Before I left, I came into my pocket to call a business card, I tracked the owner, gave him my card and stormed out. He came to the parking lot and told us we went too fast. Really Anthony? We sat on our table for 20 minutes after our plates were cleared and my husband even ordered a cup of coffee. Much time to ask us how our meal was, and a lot of time to send over Dessert. It wasn't the dessert that was really important, it was the empty gesture and the wrong concern that told us how important we were for him and his restaurant. We went to the Ocean Twp Ninos every Sunday night until it went well. The servers there weren't well trained, but we did it because they were nice people and the food was good at this place. If he wasn't such a madman, I would have shot this place again."

"Giuseppe's name makes our families smile thinking back on our wedding day. We hired him and his team for our wedding dinner, our wedding bar service, and eventually added on a catered rehearsal dinner. All three were fantastic. He and his staff were incredibly professional and kind not only during the menu planning/tasting process, but in every correspondence leading up to the wedding and during the wedding itself. Even the young servers kindly wished us congratulations as they rushed between the kitchen and dining room making sure every detail was perfect. His executive chef, Chef Rashi, greeted me as I snuck into Scripps with a smile and a congratulations. He remembered us from our second tasting, which he knocked out of the park! All of this plus wonderful service for our plated dinner AND the food was PHENOMENAL. People call and text us just to tell us how good the food was. Giuseppe and his team worked closely with us to make sure the menu was exactly what we wanted, including making some changes and customizations to our entrees and helping us sort out our dessert selection. For our rehearsal dinner we had their catered boxed dinners, which are honestly enough food for two people and this was also absolutely delicious. I couldn't stop eating. And they came delivered right on time in these convenient, temperature control bags. I honestly may drive to Candor soon and ask him to recreate our wedding dinner just so I can eat it again. Thank you Giuseppe, Chef Rashi, and your entire staff for making our wedding so memorable and extra special."
