"I just need to give a huge thumbs up to the Panera catering people. I order food for meetings and gatherings at work quite a bit and it can be kind of hit or miss with quality and service (and, believe me, higher price is NOT an indicator of good quality or service . I love Panera, but for some unknown reason, I have never thought to order catering from them before today. I ordered food for 24 people last week for an event today and I am SO pleased with Panera! They called on Monday to let me know that I had ordered a lot of bread (more than I needed , which was nice. Then they called yesterday to confirm everything (taking something off of my to do list . I realized just before they delivered that I forgot to ask for serving utensils so I ran around to various lunch rooms and break rooms in the building and cobbled together some old spoons and such, but there was no need because they included everything I could possibly need including extra serving bowls for the bread, apples, etc. Everything was packaged wonderfully (no crushed chips or bread, no spilled salad dressing or lemonade, no dry sandwiches, etc. . Even better they were on time and everyone was very pleased with the food!!! Seriously, I can't believe I've never used them in the past, but I can guarantee I will use them again in the future! Thanks guys for a job well done!"
