"Very nice casino, although it was the first time I was on the Hard Rock I was in the casinos in Maryland and by far this is mindful how cool all artifacts are. Brings back many memories for me and some of my family members and friends who came with me from all of the Beatles and the king I came to sting and Cher everything from clothes two guitars Two boot microphone outfits They call it they had it motorcycle car is really cool place just to go around and see all things there let alone Gamble. It is also free to drink as long as you play or at least sit on a machine or table that I thought was pretty cool."

"The manager Igor gave away our table reservation that we were on time for and then confirmed and then said he didn't have time to talk to us. Not the staffs fault at all they even said they asked him to not give away our table. He refused to go get someone else or give us corporate number. This man should not be a manager. Not even an apology for giving away our table. I will not be coming back."

"I came here for their March monthly-pots of gold and charms. I was able to enjoy it even on a full stomach of Italian food. The ice cream itself isn't very sweet and a little salty so it compliments the soft marshies well. I forgot what I compared the ice cream flavor to but it was a good thing. And the customer service was very patient and sweet. Parking is on the street but right out front and you can walk around the other boutiques and stores."

"This was always from our parents price range when growing up, so today was a great destination for us. The whole atmosphere of the place is great. It brings you to the right frame of mind to have fun, good food, good music and a good time to enjoy. The Sparkling Blue Hawaiian was tart and HUGE. I've made it my goal to eat my whole burger and the majority of my fries so I could walk out under my own power. (I'm not a big drinker. Jerome our great server was friendly enough to get me a to-go cup so I could finish it. The Burgers and Pommes were so good. We thought in the Rock Shop for our T-shirts and a magnet. This experience was worth every penny we spent."

"This is my personal favorite restaurant where we visit Universal Studios. You have music videos on the monitors or sports. They have a good selection of delicious food and adult drinks. Her heart is a 1959 Cadillac convertible that turns over the bar. There are also many pieces of rocks and roll memories throughout the restaurant. You can walk around and take pictures of it if you want. Behind the restaurant there is a piece of the Berlin Wall. You even have a concert stadium. If they are not too busy, they will give you a quick tour when you ask. Good melodies, good food and good drinks. Make room for their desserts! What else can you ask? Make sure you check out the pins in the souvenir shop."

"Had a wonderful meal for two here. Servers were attentive, friendly, and accomodating. Chicken tenders and diablo burgers were delicious. Onion rings tower was gigantic. Manhatten drink was amazing as was the strawberry lemonade. The hot fudge Sundae is deceptively huge. The picture in the menu makes it look small. It will easily feed 4 people. Apparently nobody has finished one yet. Amazing value."

"Glad I had a reservation but was amazed that they turned a lot of people away at the door unless they had a reservation. Many tables sat empty the entire hour that we were at Hard Rock. More business could maybe lower cost. $3.50 for a glass of tea was ridiculous. If I hadn’t been going to a concert I would not have eaten here but it wasn’t close and I could get my reservation for the time I wanted."

"We were originally told that we couldn't have our dog on the outdoor patio while we ate. But when we came by today to eat lunch, they allowed it. We were able to get food for everyone in our family, which is always a challenge. Daisha was a fantastic server and really helped us figure out what our best options were for some of the pickier eaters. They did have a gluten free menu that could be scanned with a QR code, which was an awesome find. Sadly no ciders or gluten free/gluten reduced beers though. And their **** Mary mix is also not gluten free. But the Pinot Grigio was very nice on this warm summer day. Overall, a pretty good experience in the Inner Harbor. I would've given them 5 stars if they had some gluten free cider or beer options for me."

"our culinary experience in hard rock cafe, niagara if was one of my date and I will appreciate it. fast sitting, fast waiting. our drinks arrived very quickly. we have the waiter on his recommendation to what we should consider. he recommended a escape from the menu, we both ordered the same cedar plank salmon with the pages. the food was excellent and would order it again. I had eaten there some years back, my girlfriend was eating her first time in the hard rock cafe and was very impressed. we will definitely be back when we travel back to the opposite in the summer of 2023. are experience in hard rock cafe will be something we remember for years. that was the first dinner date and it could not have been better!"

"When we visit a city that has a Hard Rock Cafe that we haven’t visited before, we always make a point to swing by and have some food and get a pin. The San Francisco Hard Rock is at the entrance of the iconic Pier 39 and is an older hard rock with an open floor plan that was renovated to the newer style with less memorabilia (boo The memorabilia they had was well themed to San Francisco which was nice to see. Food when we visited was the still very limited Covid menu I’m starting to wonder if things like the local legendary burgers will ever return. The burgers and salads were all solid options and service was OK. What brought this location above average was the service in the rock shop really above and beyond to be helpful, tell us the story of the pins and show a passion for the brand!"

"It was a little rough, our entire order was wrong. But Tracy was very sweet and she had a manager who took care of the bill for us. Even a dessert. The food was good when it came, but if it wasn't for Tracy and her great attitude it would have been terrible. She literally made a bad experience a great one. Thomas was also very sweet. "The ambiance of the restaurant was wonderful. This was my first time trying fried French toast, and even though it's not usually something I enjoy, I found the dish to be delicious. The mimosas were also expertly made and very enjoyable. Although I am from Alabama, I am excited to return to Memphis to try their burgers. I also purchased a T-shirt that I love. Thank you to the staff for a great experience! I highly recommend this place to any tourists visiting the area."
