"I have been at Kenzies on numerous occasions. Unfortunately, this time the service was terrible. I’m not sure if it’s under new management and or shortage of staff but it was awful. I have seen much better of them. We had to bus our own tables to clear away the food. We had very little assistance serving our cake. additionally, our server did not come back and check on us to add more drinks or fill our water glasses. Very disappointed"

"The fries are the best here! I gave only 3 stars this time because my food was cold. No reason it should be since I live 4 blocks from this place. And I got a bunch of little pieces of fries, instead of bigger ones."
