"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I made a reservation for my party well in advance and was assured that everything would go smoothly. Upon arrival, I was told there was a 30 minute wait for my reserved table. That in and of itself doesn't really make sense. Still, my party and I were so excited to try Joyride that it didn't really make all that much of a difference.However, we ended up waiting a little under an hour to be seated. Not only that, after placing our order, it was another 45 minutes before we got our food. As a party of 10, we understood that we were a big group, so we made sure to stack used plates and have our cards ready. But it took several attempts to flag down our server and other servers to get the check. We were finally able to pay well after all the food was eaten.I wish I could say that the food was worth the wait and hassle, but it was hardly worth the drive. My food arrived cold, the flavor was there but everything else was far below average. It was busy but not so much that every table was occupied. I will not be back."
