"Swung by for a late night snack. Server at the counter was extremely rude. Said that it was 30 mins to closing and that it was take out only. I have a hard time standing for long periods so went to sit to wait for my order and was hollered at that theywere closing and I wasn't allowed to sit or grab a napkin!? While other employees just stood around. I have been before and itwas filthy nothing was wiped down, but figured it was because they were super busy. But I think they either have poorly trainedemployees and/or no manager oversight. Not wasting my time or money there again. My simple vanilla cone came out half melted andI know this is probably petty but the signature blizzard flip over wasn't even attempted just shoved over. Probably for the bestsince they were runny as well. Too bad since they are in a good location."

"I have always loved Dairy Queen over other Ice Cream chains. When I was a kid we would go there as a treat and they were always good. Butterscotch Dillybars are amazing. I stand by that statement, it will be the hill I die on. The serving sizes are not monstrous which is the norm for many restaurants/fast food places. When you get a blizzard the toppings are actually dispersed throughout the whole blizzard. While other places have the toppings layered at the top and the other 90% is just plain ice cream. You may need to take a drive to get there but it is worth it."

"Order :AAA5AK4YAJAF 10/15/22 No soft serve available when I came through the drive through. I understand these things happen but when we had Maintence problems when I worked at DQ, we would hang a sign at the order box indicating that the machine isbroken. But the main reason for the 1 star review. It took just under 20 Mins to get a child's chicken strip kids meal (2 stripsand maybe 4oz of fries) with no cars in front of us. Again knowing exactly how long it takes to deep fry the chicken strips andfries, 6 mins should be more than ample time. Plus it was lunch time, Bad Management."

A tip: utilize the drive-thru, but if you need to go inside, park your car facing out towards the street for an easier exit if the line gets long. "just went through the drive-thru and ordered the new heath brownie cupfection and a sunglass. they put them in a bag so it did not notice until we came home, but it was like no ice in the cup! they did not even come close to filling the container and what is in it is all brownie carmel and chocolate. it is not a sunset at this point. it is a brownie strong in sauces coated with the smallest piece of ice in the floor. we have come for ice. not just a brownie. at the price this is an insult, they win two stars because at least the other sunshade was made good."

"This Dairy Queen never disappoints! Last night after a stressful day, my fiancé and I went to Dairy Queen at 21:28. We moved to notice that the menu light was out and everything was probably already switched off. The nicest employee, Big Sammy, saw how we went through the ride when we were asked if they were closed. Sammy replied that he would like to help us even if the hard work team had already cleaned all their machines. It was incredibly nice of Sammy to go the extra mile for us, especially if they were already closed. Thank you for this little act of kindness Sammy! You don't know how much it meant to us"
