"The tortillas and sides at this restaurant were excellent, but I was disappointed by the 3-piece Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo. The chicken was cold, and it didn't taste fresh. This was a letdown for me, as I have never experienced this in my 30+ years of eating at El Pollo. I hope it was just a one-time occurrence."
