"First, waited in line for 20 minutes with only one car in front of me. Second, as I was ordering my food along with a drink they tell me they do not have drinks. Third, when I got home with my food: the Mac and cheese was watered down and had no taste,the mash potatoes were dry, no flavor and the chicken was so crunchy to the point it was over cooked. I pretty much threw thesides away and peeled back the crust to eat just the meat. I stopped coming to Popeyes, because the quality of the food wentdown. I decided to give them another chance, but this sealed my reasons as to why I will not be returning. The one bright sidewas the biscuit."
