"Really loved this place for a quick meal! It 's a local chain where they make everything right in front of you. You customize your pizza from start to finish, telling an actual person behind the counter what you want and dont want on your pie. They have several choices for crust including a gluten free cauliflower. They press the crusts to order, so you can watch your fresh ball of dough flatten in seconds with their crust press. Several choices for sauces too, and you can also combine them to create your own flavor combo. Many different kinds of cheeses, including vegan selections. For toppings pick your own, or choose from a few house faves (but you can also customize these as well). They have a few faux meat substitutes to choose from too! I had the three cheese stuffed crust with a garlic butter sauce, topped with mozzarella, mushrooms, black olives, and cherry tomatoes. You can have them finish the pizza after it 's baked with a complimentary drizzle of ranch. My dining companion had the deep dish crust, and he chose the house favorite 'Butcher ' (lots of meats, red sauce, and cheese). He added green peppers. They have fountain drinks, including unsweetened iced tea, a few local tapas, a cider tap, and a small selection of bottled/canned sodas, wines, and beers. For $31 we had the two pizzas, a fountain drink, a local tap beer, and a bottled water. Neither one of us could finish our whole pizza. You order and pay at the counter, then they bring out your food when it 's finished. Service is really great, they are friendly and always smiling. Maybe that 's because their customers are so happy with the pizzas!"
