"Dont bother making an open table reservation. We made one online and when we checked in they said it would take a few minutes. Granted it was busy, but we had a reservation for 515, got there at 515, and didn't get seated until 545. Ordered almost immediately, took about 10 minutes, but then didn't get our food until 640. Again, I understand it's a busy night but damned, a little communication goes a long way"

"Great experience here. the server was very helpful, fast and attentive. Children's dishes are a super good value.min like the big side salads with Alfredo Huhn Pasta or pizza for Entree Pick. The cream soda and root beer made in the house are also a hit and included in the child's meal. Much to choose from and different pages such as fruit or chips as well as for them. Enjoy the $2 beer specials on the tuns. Update: tried the Cheeseburg pizza pretty well. Loves the unique pizza selection. You have definitely worth a visit to a great variety on the menu."

"I’ve eaten at an Old Chicago in Illinois and was working in the Greeley, Colorado area so I stopped by for a couple of drinks and some pizza. I had the meat me with the cauliflower crust and the fried zucchini, everything was great but I don’t know if the zucchini was frozen bought or fresh, if it was fresh they need to cut the zucchini just a bit thicker so they don’t fall apart so quickly other than that everything was great. "Our group of almost 30 people had a reservation cancelled at another restaurant. Last minute we called this Bertuccis location and they were able to seat us. We waited less than 10 minutes for them to put tables together. Despite only having two waitresses at the time our orders were quickly taken and they figured out how to setup separate checks for us. The waitresses were patient and very accommodating. The manager helped out, was also patient and had a great sense of humor. Our food and drinks were brought out way quicker than expected and the staff was great when we sang happy birthday and did cupcakes. Overall a great experience with great staff and service."

"visited recently for the first time and didn't realize how good the pizza is. i don't think the pasta is homemade, but i'm not a big pasta person anyway. i just went for the crispy thin-crust pizza. i like the build-your-own and went with eggplant and ricotta cheese. very good. love the crunch of the crust. from what i hear, they recently got a new manager and he has really turned the place around. must have been the guy who stopped by the table to see how everything was. nice guy. had glasses but i'm not sure about his name."

"we had to be at a concert at 8 o'clock. our reservation was at 6:30 a.m. it took 45 minutes for the drink order alone. it was an extremely cold evening. the fact that our reserved seating was through a huge window and the front door told me that we were the worst place in the house. we ate with our moms. terrible!"

"First time here since the new owner took over. Had lunch. Prices are very high for what you get. for a crab Louie with maybe tablespoons of crab, tons of lettuce, egg very small slices of avocado. for a tuna sandwich with a measly amount of great fries. for an ice tea. Service was efficient and attentive but drab and no personality. I would pay for the crab Louie if it had maybe oz of crab. Plus the lunch menu was very small. I don’t know if I’ll go back. Jason’s used to be one of my go to restaurants. Used to love it. Not so much now. Maybe I’ll try dinner sometime in the distant future. But we’ll see. Very sad"

"we went to the weekend before and had an amazing time. eating was great and the server was great. we booked with open table and were ten minutes after arrival. this Friday went the 8th and made a reservation for 5:45. I made the reservation by 5. we have reached the retention and waited for 45 minutes before we have set ourselves. we did not sit until 6:40. our service was not consistent. eating was not as big as the time before. we all felt that we just didn't go there. Maybe we're not going back. I really hope it was a unique experience because the first time was so great."

"Great service, one day ahead to reserve table for 12. Candy was very welcoming and most interested in meeting our needs. We answered our questions perfectly. Upon arrival we sat immediately and served the same. We had all the time to talk, didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable. Was a great family coming together and all were very happy.
