"The appetizers here were so good. We ordered the Sticky Tamarind Ribs and loaded pho fries and both are a must must try! The fries are smothered with the brisket gravy and some siracha mayo sauce just makes it so addictive. The tamarind ribs are so juicy, and tender, and fell right off the bone. The sauce is tart, tangy, and honestly so delicious. The pho and bun bo hue is good too. The cha pa pho is so much fun with the most perfectly cooked bone-in short rib that had so much meat. The portions here were so big and perfect. I prefer thinner pho noodles and I feel like these noodles were a little more different from what I was used to but that's a personal issue. We had so many leftovers and the service was so kind. It's a tight space and very casual but the people go in and out fast. I highly recommend it!"
