"First time to a City Bites?I?m very confused with the theme of this chain?the logo is a person with sunglasses, sort of an 80s vibe and then you walk inside and it?s a jungle-themed dining area with ants on the walls, rhino head above the bathrooms, and giant tree sculpture. I think little kids would like it. Color scheme is something out of a cheesy, 90s Saturday morning kids show. ???? Well, I think the decor and ambience is a bit off-putting BUT the food was surprisingly pretty good! Ordered the beef-eater sandwich and some chips. Had to try the cookies since reviews rave about them. Got the ultimate peanut butter cookie and YES! Now I get why people eat here (or order out). Food is not bad. The kids working we?re really nice, friendly and accommodating when we asked for a side of pickles and tomatoes. Bathrooms were clean and dining room seemed to be pretty picked up too. Menu items included baked potatoes, sub sandwiches, a salad or two. Giving it 3 stars ?? ?? ?? overall."
