"I had the absolute worst experience I've ever encountered at a Chili's. We were initially told there would be a 30-minute wait to be seated, but we ended up waiting nearly 50 minutes. Once we were finally seated, no one came over to take our drink orders or even offer us water. After a while, we had to go find someone to help us. The restaurant was out of many menu items, both drinks and food. Throughout our meal, which took about three hours due to delays in service, a backed-up kitchen, and mistakes with our order, we constantly had to search for our server to get any attention. To top it all off, the bathrooms were disgusting, with trash scattered on the floors both inside the restrooms and in the surrounding area."
