"Online ordered, paid, and went to pick up at 0745. The boy in the store told me and a door-sh driver tried to pick up their order that the store was closed because he wasn't planning to work until 9. We explained that our orders were already paid. He said he would still not give us our orders and said that I would have to contact the customer service for a refund. I explained there was no way for me to check that I didn't pick up my order when the store was to close nine.
