"When I called to express my concerns, the male manager or owner answered and insisted they are NOT on Seamless. It seemed like the staff didn’t even understand what Seamless is, despite the fact that I confirmed the name and address. He abruptly hung up on me. I immediately contacted Seamless for a refund, which they provided, and now they're reaching out to the bagel shop directly.
Save yourself the frustration of dealing with their incompetent staff and choose a decent breakfast spot elsewhere. I will NEVER recommend this place, nor will I ever set foot in this disappointing establishment again."
