"I made reservations for Christmas Eve. When we sat down, we were immediately told that the kitchen was closed. When we went to go, I said Hostess If I knew the kitchen was closed, I wouldn't have made reservations. The manager did it right. We could eat, but felt compelled. While we appreciate the help, and of what we were able to eat the food was good, a proposal would be for the restaurant to stop reservations an hour or so before they close."

"It's fine if you don't live in the loop. Just typical bar. Nothing particularly Irish about it. Service is meh. Crowd is meh... I did have a nice whiskey on their whiskey of the week menu. Won't be back but if you live in the area i guess you don't have much of a choice ??‍"

"This is a very popular spot! Glad they have OpenTable for sure. I requested a low top table and they tried to sit us at a high top in the bar area, but had a low top in the vault. The bar area is VERY noisy. The vault (and probably the loft area too? are more manageable from a noise point of view. The wait staff were very attentive but they need more of them, the visits were infrequent. The food was good, but not excellent. We went before a concert. Portsmouth is happening for sure!"

"Wonderful service and food! We tried the Irish Dip, Shepard's Pie, Ruben and Grilled Cheese. All great! The pountine was different than we're used to, maybe needs more gravy? We didn't get our waitresses name, she was a young, blonde with long hair running the entire place by herself with a full bar and several groups of diners.
