"My boyfriend and I booked Chicago for the weekend for my 25th birthday. I chose SX Skybar for my birthday brunch. We got there before our 12pm reservation on March 8th, 2020, and was randomly got seated by this person who was not even the hostess. She told us to “seat wherever we wanted.” We wanted to change our table to this other empty table which then we asked our server Kristen if it’s possible and she said no because its already booked for someone else. Its funny because these people were also on another table and just moved on that empty table that my boyfriend and I wanted to sit at. "

"Service and staff always great. Only problem with this restaurant is if there’s a group celebrating by the bar usually group office drinks it seems you can’t hear anything while sitting in the restaurant and lose your voice from yelling to each other. The only thing that will make me hesitant to return. And I thought we were safe going on a Tuesday! All 6 people in our party thought the same."

"Unique chic setting. Loud! Food good but not great. Service sub par. Specialty cocktails all $20+. Try it once for dinner to check out Hotel Zaza I guess. Daytime by the pool there is probably an overall better experience I would imagine."

"the service was very good. our server was great to explain each of the special cocktails and make good suggestions. the dj played some old 80s hip-hop, some I haven't heard for a long time. I brought my friend from the city and he was very happy and impressed by the experience of the green room and the breathtaking view!"
