"by jj ordered. was late at night, but they were open. had waited a long delivery, so after 2 hours I decided to call. they answered and said they ran out of broth, so that all commands were canceled. So now all other restaurants are closed. I paid online they said I could have a refund in 3 factory days, but there is nothing that says because my tracker still says they work on my order. we give our phone number out of a reason to call and say something. so unconsidrate"

I wanted to say the cashier was rude because I asked if mayo comes on it and they pointed to the sign next to the register, but I don't want to put all the blame on them. I can read and I chose to be lazy and ask. I think that the attitude of the employee could have been better but we are all human and I've had those days too."

"Great place very fast, food is very fresh and the place is quite clean. I saw an employee screaming because he doesn't do anything right. Didn't know the whole story. I thought they could take it back from other employees and customers. Great place somehow to eat a small place, but most pick up and go or order and have delivered it. In any case, would recommend."

"This Jimmy John 's is always well staffed and very fast. It is always clean and really organized. My wife LOVES the #9 and #16, the turkey bacon is awesome also. The staff is always super friendly and easygoing with odd requests like no mayo or no onion. I dont remember ever getting an order that was made incorrectly. They always say hi when I come in and and 'have a great day thank you for coming in ' when I leave. The bread has always been fresh, the ingredients of the sandwiches is always generous. This Jimmy 's is close to our house so we are there frequently and the service, staff 's professionalism, attitude and sandwiches are always consistent. It is nice to know that you can run in, be treated respectfully, get a great sandwich at a great price and run out in like, 3 minutes. 'Subs so fast you 'll freak ' is not an exaggeration."

"I found this was the closest Jimmy John's to me and decided to order online. I went through the whole process of ordering for delivery only to wonder where the delivery was. Turns out even though the store, according to google, is less than two miles away they don't deliver to my neighborhood. I wouldn't have a problem with this if they had told me that up front. Instead they charge my card, change my order to pick up when I can't due to loaning my car to a family member, and I have just wasted my money and time. Thoroughly aggravated by this experience."

"This Jimmy John's location is by far the best location I was in the area. I usually visit at night and on weekends and the young staff are the most amazing and friendly people. My favorite sandwich is the beach club with hot peppers, dijon and no tomatoes! Last Saturday I went with my 3 children, which seemed like a busy afternoon at this place. Staff, though busy and numerous dealings with an angry lady, welcomed me and made me welcome. The employees were all very young, according to Kovid rules and welcome all customers. There was a lady who screamed over one of her sandwiches to a young girl with glasses and a young, dark hair and bearded guys. The girl offered her another sandwich, but the lady didn't seem satisfied at all and threw the sandwich with these two workers! As a mother who was the worst thing I've observed, because the children behind the counter were all very hard working and very mature throughout the whole situation. This lady made my experience terrible with my children. But I love this location and all young kids do it amazing when you run this store, it won't be my last time here!"

"Would be nice if an online order priority over people walking in. I ordered online, waited 10 minutes to drive there and then waited in the building how people go, ordered and got their sandwiches in front of me. The same with people going through the ride. "I have ordered pickup from this Jimmy John's about a dozen times now (using the app or in person) and have never been disappointed. In particular, Roy has provided excellent service. Roy always greets me when I enter the door, and he often has a smile and exudes a generally pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor. He is quick but accurate in preparing sandwiches, and he has always either alerted me personally or has placed my sandwich in the bin by the door waiting to be picked up. Great work, Roy! Jimmy John's would do well to keep this guy around."
