"Bonefish Grill is open and offers carry out and delivery special options during the pandemic. Locations are beginning to open at limited capacity and hours, but we play it safe with contactless pick up or delivery. This review is about the carry out and delivery services (delivery is by door dash). We recommend carry out family package with Lily's Chicken (the one with goat cheese and artichokes)! It tastes better the first day (chicken is always more tender when not reheated just the natural state of things) but even the leftovers are tolerable provided you don't overdo it in the microwave and inadvertently rubberize the chicken like I did. During this time, bonefish grill is offering several specials. Family bundles starting at $30 are available which include salad, fresh bread and pesto, and house baked cookies. There are options from the land and from the sea and some combinations of both surf and turf for the whole crew. From the land, you can choose from four different chicken options, including: with grilled chicken with goat cheese and artichoke hearts on spinach, grilled chicken tacos with the fixings, with grilled chicken and traditional sides, or chicken marsala with prosciutto and mushrooms. Land options run anywhere from $30 (for grilled chicken) to $36 (most others). From the sea, you can choose from bang bang (spicy) shrimp tacos with all the fixings, grilled shrimp, grilled salmon with traditional sides, and grilled mahi mahi. Each family package from the sea runs about $40. There are two combination Family packages: mahi mahi and shrimp with one side, salad, bread, and cookies for $50 and the grilled chicken with goat cheese and artichokes paired with shrimp, salad, bread and cookies for $46."

"Warning Rude Management and Double Dipping Tips when you place the order on their website... Placed an order online for breakfast as we currently are remodeling our kitchen and cant cook. After placing the order I noticed that the online system was asking/collecting a Tip along with Server Gratuity Fee. I just assumed it was a glitch and would resolve it at the restaurant no biggie. WRONG... When I inquired I was immediately greeted with a condescending woman that would not let me even fully ask my question and interjected now let me speak . 1st of all that is rude and not how you should speak to any customer especially in these times as you have many competitors literally across or down the street. Once I realized I was out almost $15.00 in server fees I just accepted it and wanted my food which was ready when I walked in. The manager don 't feel she was the real manager hence the 's) informed me that she would bring it right out. I saw it already packaged and already past the promised time so thought it was a COVID precaution so people aren 't standing around. Well 12 min later annoyed I walk back in to find it still sitting in the same spot that it was when I left and I asked how much longer she sighed and handed it to me like it was so difficult. I don 't understand how you can treat a customer like this... especially one that spent $58.78 on two breakfast meals sadly were very good so disappointing that their staff is this way), Prosecco, and a quart of OJ which is $12.00 by the way I 'd skip next time not worth the squeeze literally lol)!!!"
