This recent experience was the worst. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 8:05, but it wasn't ready until 8:45. When I got home, I realized my order was incorrect. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered and there was only a pre-recorded message about online orders. The message claimed that ordering online was fast and easy, and that you could skip the line, which was quite ironic considering my experience."
