"I'm not exactly sure how others have been treated recently but I for one was taken aback by such crass behavior toward a customer. As a frequently returning consumer, my GM tried to reserve a lunch for the employees only to be brushed aside and shouted at; something along the lines of being “too busy” and “I ain't got time” albeit their establishment was empty. Never have I encountered such a ill-mannered individual, quite the manager you have there."
