"Been supporting this business for 20+ years and will continue to try to do so movinf forward. The cake remain 4.5-5 stars generally. Has been hit or miss in recent years but I chalk that up to new workers still learning the right techniques.However, I’m super disappointed with the 125th street location. Service is average. Low to no energy and zero pleasantries. One star off. And the portions have become SIGNIFICANTLY smaller (e.g. cupcakes are HALF the OG size) at the same or increased price. I get inflation is crushing everyone, especially small businesses, BUT the major change in portion size is incredibly obvious. Another star off.Again, I’ll continue to support this local usiness and will send others there too but it’s a disappointing shift."
