"My fiancé and I visited this restaurant and were extremely disappointed. The service was terrible, the restrooms were dirty, and the managers appeared unprofessional. The hostess who greeted us was in need of a belt as her pants kept falling down, which was not a good first impression. When we asked for a regular booth, she refused to accommodate us or clean the booth. Despite the restaurant not being busy, she seated us at a half booth with hair on it. After requesting a different table, I found the ladies restroom to be filthy with dirty floors, messy counters, and backed-up sinks. I also encountered cold water when washing my hands, which was uncomfortable during winter. The waitress spent more time discussing my nails than taking our order and even touched my hand without my consent. When my fiancé's order arrived cold with bone-in wings instead of boneless, we asked to speak to a manager who appeared unprofessional and uninterested. Overall, the experience was frustrating and we ultimately decided to leave."
