"My husband and I had reservations for two for Valentine 's Day. We started with the Citrus Island Mule, for our appetizers the beef cocktail patties and dip, and for our entrees we had the Rasta Pasta and the Ravioli with the Spicy Jerk Sauce. The food was delicious! But the service was not so good. When we walked through the front door, there was no one to greet us. Several waitresses came to the front to perhaps close out tickets, but no one said, Welcome, someone will be with you in a moment . After several minutes and people crowding the front door, someone came up and greeted us and took names and asked for those that had reservations. Once we were finally seated, no one came to the table to say hello and take our drink order. The Hostess passed by and asked if anyone been to our table, we said no. So, the Hostess took our drink and appetizer order. After that our waitress came by to ask for our drink order which we explained that the Hostess already took our order. Well, it looked like perhaps they were short staff for the night because we did see the Waiters/Waitresses constantly working, but apparently it was to many customers to handle appropriately. But, all in all, the food was excellent."
