"The food is usually alright, but the last time I ordered a pick up order, it definitely seemed like the quality had dropped. Plus automatically adding a 15% gratuity on a pickup order is a bit ridiculous. I should also mention that I hadn't ordered from them in well over a year since the last time I ordered for delivery (when they were still delivering), I found a small black bug in my pad thai. When I called to tell them about it they didn't seem very surprised. The photo is to show that they do in fact add gratuity."
