"I called the restaurant to change the reservation for our wedding party to 13 people. When we arrived, it seemed that the restaurant was not prepared for our group. It took 30 minutes to receive water and utensils, and nearly an hour before we were able to place our order. When we asked for assistance, the hostess sent another waiter who had a disagreement with the first server. We then had to wait an additional 10 minutes before seeing another server. Despite these issues, the food was good. However, we were surprised to find that we were charged for breakfast, even though it was included in our room price. We called the hotel and they agreed to reverse the charges. Overall, the staff seemed confused and inexperienced, making for a disappointing dining experience."
