"I placed a to go order. My daughter ask them for hot oil they were so rude to her. This is not the first time it happened. They are so rude when you order with them. All she asked was it is vegetarian and they are like smell if there is any meat in it. When I went last time I repeated the order she is like I know what you are ordering. I am if you don’t want to give the hot oil free charge it. I come from the same industry, this way you will loose your customers. We are not getting the food free. Stop discriminating people. All the staff is so rude. The word gets out quickly how you service is."

"The food is good, but the boy working the front now really needs to learn how to talk to people. There are other recent reviews highlighting how rude this person is and it would seem that it's not just towards women. Dear owners of Aroma Royal Thai, your food is good but this person leaves an exceptionally negative impression on anyone walking in the restaurant. Being treated like you're some kind of idiot not worth 5 seconds of time leaves a pretty bad lasting memory."
