"After three years since opening I decided to try lunch for the first time at Craft Taqueria and ordered to take out. Sorry I couldn’t stay to try their beers or house sangria. The menu has an amazing selection of crafted tacos. The fact that they use heirloom corn to make their tacos was a plus to start. I ordered their vegetarian options, two orders of three tacos, Crispy cauliflower and the harvest roasted squash and eggplant in purée mash style. They were both delicious but the crispy cauliflower had the upper hand. I drizzled their home made spicy hot sauce which gave it the right amount of heat. With my order I received complementary yellow rice with beans, the rice had great flavor but the beans were under cooked for my liking. I preferred my beans nice and soft where they melt in your mouth. As to the establishment of which I only viewed for a few minutes, has a nice small cozy feel with a few standard tables, bar high tables and a bar against the main window. I would be a repeat customer to try the other tacos and their drinks."
