"This place is a mess. The facility itself is clean, but the staff is as if they could make less effort to help you alone. The line grows simple and they continue to ignore it literally. The great man with the hat in front was definitely 't interested in answering questions or making our experience sweet. The woman in her back with the short hair was notchalant all the time. Before. We haven't waited for ZWEI THINGS for over 30 minutes. A slip. They continue to answer phones, talk about open containers from now cold cinnamon rolls, and give orders to DOORDASHERS BEFORE the people in the store. What? Somehow, I'm not seeing that it's already done because I was sitting there for half an hour watching the scissors come in and out when you grab all the fresh rolls and picked them up... it's a shame. Just two people. And they can't stop with a few people either. Anyway, will not be back, but in any case, I thought I could save someone some money on these overpriced roles."

"I ordered a bakers box and ended up getting 12 separate cinnamon rolls. Through the website its listed as costing around $55 for a bakers box, ultimately i payed $80 for individual cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls werent bad and i waited 30 minutes for it but the attitude that came with the employee was what threw me off. Maybe its covid, but i don't get why someone should be angry I ask what strawberry cinnamon roll items are on the menu and what the difference is between the three choices."

"I don't eat such decadent sweets often, but I go here whenever I do. I typically place my orders online and they always get fulfilled on time. Never kept waiting on an order. All the desserts are delicious, and as someone who can't consume caffeine/chocolate, it's really nice having vegan options that aren't chocolate. My only reason for not making it 5 stars is that the staff aren't exceptionally conversational. They're not rude or anything less than polite, just quiet and there to do their job rather than chat you up. I don't particular mind it, but I save my 5 stars for places that also have very friendly staff."

"Cinnaholic is YOUR spot for a vegan Cinnabon replacement. The shop is tucked on the strip and has a nice black and white color scheme with pockets of color around the floor and walls. Their cinnamon rolls are out of this world phenomenal and decadent! The best part? You can customize your rolls to make them even sweeter, maybe fruity, and richer. The people working there are efficient and informative with what you can order.I will say: their regular cinnamon rolls are a LOT to eat. They're super doughy, sweet, and packed with buttery vegan goodness! Personally, it's a challenge for me to eat one on my own, especially in one sitting. They're best to share, but their mini rolls are a great alternative!"

"I had discovered cinnaholic back in berkeley as a couple of omnivorous friends who worked there telling me about the best cinnamon rolls they had lived in theirs that they had found out much later were vegan and therefore safe for me to eat (because I have an ice allergy) I guess they only saw cinnamon, lol! the rolls are still big they have started! the baby backs (mini cinnamon rolls) seem to sell before I get almost every time there, but if they have them, it is fun that with a sortiment of freezings/toppings, so they try to several things. this situation is closer, fortunately, than the original berkeley one, but is still a bear for me to reach and park (although it is still a tad closer, now that I moved to milpitas.) it is probably better for my waist that this is not a simple place for me to reach, but I really hope that another twog of the load closer to open and with a parking space"
