"I ordered a specialty cake for my daughter in laws baby shower and it was beautiful, but, as far as taste it was way too sweet. I love icing, but even I couldn't eat it cause it was so sweet. I ended up having to toss the whole bottom part of it cause no one wanted it. I paid over $170 for this cake. I emailed Sally's to tell them about my issue and they didn't even reply,,, they could've at least apologized or offered me a refund of some sort. I'm very dissatisfied. I would not recommend this bakery."
