"Paletas are Mexico's version of popsicles. They aren't, however, the typical overly sweet, many times artificially flavored, type found in grocery stores. Paletas are usually made from fresh fruit and come in two general forms milk based creamy ones, or fruit based icy ones. This place serves freshly made paletas. I like to have one as a dessert after eating a meal based from the different vendors at the wonderful Plant Street Market."
