"Went for my wife's birthday and noticed that in the on-line reservation the host realized that at greeting, then Waiter/Bartender recognized it at the beginning of dinner and then at the end with dessert excellent customer service. Food was excellent, as usual sushi, curry, kimchi fried rice all done well, although with a little more spice preferred; the difference maker is Chris the bartender extraordinary server, reminds us every time, not there in a few months and he still knew my drink of choice and woman preference. I've been in the U.S. restaurant business for 30 years and during such a turbulent time when recruiting is a challenge and retention is supreme hope that you take care of him, he is a keeper and brings your guests back!"
