"Great food and service. Had a great lunch for four with lots of variety. I had the filled Flounder and Hawaiian sticky rice, which was very well prepared. Others had the pork tacos, Ahi Tuna poke and Wong Fu shrimps. Everyone said their meals were delicious. We'd all go back here anytime."

"The garden bar at this restaurant always offers fresh options, and it is easy to avoid non-vegan items. When I have had questions about the ingredients, the staff is always willing to find out for me, so I am not left wondering. It never feels like they are just guessing. If you want something hot in addition to the garden bar, they also offer baked potatoes or steamed broccoli. The only downside I would mention is that the menu is filled with photos of animal meat."

"jalapeño bacon queso burger came with 1 piece of bacon, no queso, no cheese, none of the condiments I ordered. just a burger patty, bun, 1 piece of bacon, and a couple sliced jalapeños for $13 and it does not come with a side either. $10.29 for mozzarella sticks that came with no marinara."

"I’ve been eating at this spot for 4 years and those 4 years have been great. The new location is closer but I must say the experience was uncomfortable. Music is extremely loud. I didn’t like that they turned all lights off in the table area whilepeople are still eating. They should keep the lights dim. My last review rating was 5 stars but with this new change I had toadjust. Disappointed… placed to go order of curry chicken, rice pea, and jollof rice on 12/3/22. Everything tasted bad. Therecipe has been changed. The food appearance was even different. Also, my food tasted burnt."

"Food tasted fine but was lukewarm, borderline cold. The side of zucchini was $4.99 and I got about 6 circle pieces of it. Not really worth it. The liquid and oil had also been spilled all over the inside of the bag coating everything else. The soup I got was $7.49 and the small container was only filled half way. It seemed like barely 1 cup of soup. The best thing about this was the unsweet tea."

"I ordered a ribeye but received what appeared to be a sirloin. I didn't send it back, even though the server offered to, as long as they had prepared it properly. However, when I received the bill, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the manager had removed the entire cost of the duck from my check. This thoughtful gesture showcased exceptional customer service, which I truly appreciated."

"Had terrible experience with a waitress who complained about quitting before taking our order. Steak was tough and my wife had an egg. 60 bucks for a terrible meal and a tiny waitress who talked about long working hours and stopped. I'm not coming back. This restaurant quickly went downhill from where it was years ago."

"The snow crab was excellent, I would rate it a 9 out of 10. The only downside was that it didn't have any Old Bay seasoning. The baked potatoes were just okay, a little hard. The mashed potatoes were perfect. The soda ran out quickly because there was too much ice, but shout out to the ladies who helped me, sorry I didn't get your names."

"I got a rare Ruby Tuesday burger and it was UH-mazing! However; please poke some holes in the top of ur takeout containers. The steam makes the food soggy. So both my fries and bun were soggy. The burger was so good it didnt kill the experience. I just wanted to make this suggestion because the difference it makes is unreal. Please try it and I promise you will see a rise in ur takeout reviews."

"Love coming here but when Sabrita, or whatever her name is, is our waitress we have a bad time. Walked down to the restaurant side of the booths and was about to sit down at the only available booth. It was dirty which we didn’t mind. Told my husband I didn’t mind sitting here while waiting for it to be cleaned. The waitress came and grabbed the cups and ticket left on the table and gave us her rag and told us we could clean the table ourselves and walked away. She obviously didn’t want to help us from the beginning so she sent Nick. He was GREAT! This isn’t my first time coming here and her having an attitude and be completely rude for no reason. She should not be in the customer service business with her attitude."

"I found the shrimp to be tough and overcooked, and the mac and cheese was missing entirely. There were no utensils or napkins provided, and the mozzarella sticks were overcooked as well. I spent $94 on my meal, and unfortunately, it just wasn’t good. We couldn’t eat the shrimp or the mozzarella sticks, and the fries had no salt or seasoning. I'm really dissatisfied with my experience and would like a refund."

"I don't eat out much but I went to ruby Tuesday and my waitress Danielle was excellent my drink stayed refilled and she made sure I was okay the whole time and the manager Mike is a really good guy it seems like the way I see he treats his employees (just the little time I was there) was incredible!!!! I definitely will be eating out there more often! Thank you Danielle and Mike for a actual good experience eating out, you don't really get good customer service anywhere anymore!!!!"

We went to Ruby Tuesdays on a Friday afternoon about 3:30-4p the place was NOT busy or crowded. That's normally a good sign… right? WRONG!
