"as restaurant manager I am the first to understand that waiting times are longer when they are busy. but I brought my family here today for lunch; we arrived at 11:47 and were told that the waiting period was 30-40 minutes, probably less we were sitting at 12:55, where we waited until 1:15-1:20 for us to go. I had to go, still hungry, at 1:45 or risk working too late. my family told me they had her eat about 15 minutes after my departure. I understand again that when the business is busy waiting longer waiting times to be expected, but if we wait over two hours to get our food * be ahead* with these information so that we can go to another place that let me eat without being too late. disappoint and frustrate."
