"Waiter didn’t tell us about specials. We ordered. Took forever. Didn’t fill water till we asked 90 minutes later. Food was horrible. Only sent back one dish. Needed a saw today cut the filet mignon. Pasta was hard as a rock. Been here plenty before was shocked. Won’t be back. Soda was flat. Soda in drinks were flat. Huge waste of overpriced bill"

"We were staying at the hotel. We needed a restaurant close by. We had a very nice dinner. Our server was excellent. Food was good. Tables are a little low. More like a cocktail lounge table height. It's a little odd, but still very nice. Lovely view of the capital building, They do have a nice bar and I'm sure the area is used more for cocktails anyway. It suited what we needed. Much better than most hotel restaurants."

"2 months ago I made reservations to sit on the water. when we were the blonde hostess there (name? was a complete spaz that ran around everywhere and told us that we had to find somewhere else. she was completely rude and unwilling. our waitress was abby or ally, she was brilliant and took the time to clean a table on the water. her service was fabulous. the square stools on which they sit are awfully uncomfortable. I ordered a lobster roll. it had a terrible spicy that made it bitter and I am sure it was white fish and not praised. I had a lot of lobsters, and that tasted nothing like praise. Apart from the point of view of the water, there was nothing outstanding at this restaurant and I would not recommend it or back. only one note: when I left, I stopped at the bar to change as a US dollar shock. when the barmaid returned it to Canada, I said I forgot that I would come back from Canada, but that was ok. However, that the same blonde hostess / waitress spoke up and said well they are in Canada . I did not have to be reminded of the obvious this rude person, I only gave a comment."

The full-size Gorgonberry Pecan salad with salmon is enough for two meals. Thus our go-to spot for a quality meal that doesn’t break the bank. Our server was friendly attentive. Great service."

"It is a sweet spot for an authentic greek experience. Brownie points for BYOB. A lot of options for non vegetarian and enough options for vegetarian too. We ordered Sparta's chicken which was realllyyyy good! Didn't get to try Baklava because the portions are big. Overall food is delicious but the service can get better."

"First timers at Timmers! Beautiful property with lost of history. Our server was outstanding, food was delicious and cooked perfectly (we had the sea scallops and filet mignon). It was a Wednesday night so the dining room wasn’t overly busy and our food came quickly. We were too full for dessert but the dessert menu sure looked good too. We’re about a 50 minute drive from West Bend but are already planning to go back and will bring friends with us next time."

"A bit on the expensive side, but it's worth it. We've got the procedure twice and we've been digging once, and it was delicious every time. Pages are not included, but are very cost-effective. Burger quality was fantastic, also for those of us who enjoy our beef (Gasp! gut-done/no pink). The burger snack is available in any way as you want it, and perfect for smaller appetite. Good location, always clean, simple parking, friendly staff... and moreover I am super impressed by their vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and grain-free options."

"This place is great! Good quick service from the lovely happy ladies that were serving. My husband had the cattlemen burger and I had the french dip sandwich, both were amazing! "Definitely a must on your journey in the PNW, great seafood! If food allergies (dairy/gluten) are a concern, you'll be taken care of and in heaven here. All GF menu; modify with dairy free too its no hassle. Seating may be an issue for bigger parties. The two of us grabbed a high top. Definitely grab the fried calamari and calamari salad! Fresh, lightly breaded and balanced ingredients with Oregon's finest EVOO and citrus dressing. I tried the half and half fish basket with Cod and Halibut; they come in one (1) oz nuggets and fries. The fish is so fresh, flaky, light and unsalted, but do come with dipping sauces that are perfect. Disappointed that I got the 6 oz instead of 8 Finish with a slice of Rawdacious Key lime cheesecake."

"Very yummy restaurant. We visited here for my friend's birthday and they treated us to some champagne. Our waiter, Marco, was helpful and friendly. I had the broiled oysters (so delicious), lobster bisque (not bad, but not mouthwatering), and sirloin with shrimp scampi. The sides are large enough to share and most things are à la carte. It was very busy, with seating inside and out. The bathroom wasn't too bad, but shabby and a toilet wasn't flushing."

"I 've had a fair amount of sushi and Japanese food in Chicago as well as other cities. However, we decided to come to Macku to try their omakase since we couldn 't pass up on their $25 off deal on Thursdays. They offer a few different types of omakase starting at $75 per person. I don 't remember exactly what each one was called but there was a nigiri, the standard, signature series/chef 's special, and an unlimited option. We went with the signature, which was $125 per person (ended up being $100 with the discount). Let me say that it 's definitely not your traditional omakase, it 's a bit more fusion-y. Unfortunately we were seated at a table so we weren 't able to see the chef prepare each course. As for the food, presentation wins over taste. Everything came out beautifully prepared but I truly only enjoyed maybe 3 out of the 7 courses. After spending $300 for our meal drinks, we weren 't really blown away and felt like something was missing. We tried the Japanese white strawberry for dessert, which was probably the highlight of our meal but also came with a whopping price tag for a single strawberry. Makes sense though since we were informed that it is very rare and only about 10% of these milky white berries effectively grow to size. Aside from the food, the service was outstanding. Our waitress, Joyce, was really engaging knowledgeable about the menu and did an amazing job explaining each course."

"food was decent at best, service was not at all diligent. we had a photographer with us for a friend's birthday dinner and the wait staff left every empty cup and plate on the table. we actually put all the empty cups and plates on one side of the table so we could take pictures, and the wait staff still didn't move it all. that was ridiculous, especially for the price."

"Don't let the strip mall location fool you, this is a serious high end restaurant. Limited, top end menu that is mix and match to make your plate uniquely yours. Great service. We had Peter, although he didn't know anything about wine, he absolutely knew how to open, pour and present like a pro. We both had pork dishes (it's Iowa). Mine was as good as I've ever had, along with asparagus and risotto that was perfect. Food: 5"
