"We love coming to the Golden Basket not only for the delicious food but also for the welcoming atmosphere. As truck drivers, we only return to Green Bay every few months and the last time we were here was in February. Today, Suella greeted us with coffee and made sure to have my husband's favorite French Vanilla creamer. The staff here always makes us feel at home, chatting with us and keeping us updated on local news. The Golden Basket stands out from other restaurants because they not only serve amazing food but also have a staff that truly cares about their customers. We always feel comfortable and relaxed here, making us want to return again and again."

"eating was great, but our waitress was very slow and rude. other waiting employees had to bring us our food. when my man asked for another beer, she told him that “that’s what you already had,” and it wasn’t. we waited over 20 minutes to pay our bill because our waitress as chat it. even the table next to us told her waitress how long we waited. eating was good, but do not know if we go back because of the rude and lack of service from our waitress."

"My guest arrived before me was seated and had an Ice Tea. Our waiter immediately took my drink order and promptly returned, read off the special. We indicated we needed more time. Our ice completely melted in our drinks. Our waiter disappeared. We got someones attention [actually everyones attention when I said loudly ma'am could you find our server? She couldn't find him but took our order and everything was flawless after that. My guest had the chicken salad with fruit and a muffin, genius potion. I had the hot bacon slaw with the smallest amount of bacon I've ever seen about a teaspoon. Ok it's a side item. Still delicious. !! My Hot Brown was perfection of turkey layered with a delicious sauce topped with cheese and bacon. I love Tousey house Its a very comforting standby."

"Very upset my kids and I were hungry I waited for a while and they gave us this old wing because there were not fresh there were very dry and this were not from today this are old wings they reused could have got us sick so I gave it to my dogs instead they had very bad service very rude employees that were just horsing around and having attitude to us costumers do better or fire them cause some of us also come from work just like them and we also get tired but when you are working you got to give respect for us to be able to give it to you this don't go for all the workers it's for those that were horsing around giving attitude and thank you to those workers that were actually doing there job right .??"

"have eaten here many times and it was always great. perhaps this time was only one night for the personal. burger were not cooked as desired. a person ordered medium and it came well done. another person ordered medium well and it came medium rare. a burger had cheese (no cheese was required) so that a new one had to be made. fischtacos were ordered and instead fish and chips were put on the table. the meals were extremely slow to get out, but the restaurant was very crowded. they offered to replace the fish and chips with the right order, but since we had waited almost an hour for our meal, I was no longer waiting. our server was very nice and they took 10% off the bill for the problems and also gave us a card for a free dessert next time. we appreciated them that they take over the mix ups and responsibility. despite several questions about this visit we will come back."

"We hosted a birthday party in the lower level party room. The event space was perfect, we had roughly 50 guests and it could have held more. There is a separate entrance in the back so the space is easily accessible for people with mobility issues. The manager was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my many questions. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We used the AV equipment for our Spotify playlist and to display a video and it was perfect. We selected the pasta buffet and the food was great. Best of all, they are priced much better than many other venues that we looked at and they provided a high level of service. We had our own bar tender, server, etc. They also do all of the clean up at the end of the night. I would highly recommend this venue for any event."

"My family loves Mike Denise. We had everything on the menu and it's great. The Friday fish fry is brilliant and we love first-class rib and crab legs on Saturday. My favorite thing is that every time we order pizza, it is exactly the same prepared, and in these days it is hard to find! I also really enjoy how when you come to many of the servers and say hello even if they don't wait for you for this special visit. It is always a personable experience that is brilliant! "Small inconvenient place from outside. Don't let it fool you. The food is great. We started with bread sticks. The sticks, homemade butter and homemade pizza sauce were fantastic. I had deep fried tacos and my wife had an olive burger. Both were great, but the olive burger sauce was top-notch. The waitress was super friendly, helpful and attentive. Everything about our experience was perfect."
