"I am a frequent customer at this bakery and absolutely love their bread, it is the best I have ever tasted! However, on a recent Sunday I arrived just 8 minutes late due to traffic and the staff at the branch was not accommodating. They refused to serve me even though they were still open, which I found to be very unpleasant and rude. I left feeling very dissatisfied and ended up driving to the Whitefish Bay branch, which was almost 5 miles away and then back home, adding an extra 8 miles to my trip. I would suggest that this location in downtown and the main branch, which closes at 2pm, not be recommended for those who may have timing constraints."
