"We planned lunch here to celebrate a colleague's work anniversary; colleagues came in from all over the County to attend. When we arrived, we waited several minutes for a host to arrive at the host stand while several staff walked by without attending to us. Then we were told that they were not sure they could honor our reservation because a private event had bought out the dining room. This was after we had confirmed our attendance via the OpenTable app. They ended up squeezing of us into two uneven fourtops at the front of the restaurant where we could barely hear each other due to the DJ in the food hall. This is not the ambiance we had envisioned to celebrate our colleague. We work next door and are frequent customers of the restaurant. We did not feel well treated that day and will think twice about future reservations here"
