"The establishment feels lacking in atmosphere. When we asked some questions about the menu, the staff, including the owner, were curt, distant, and dismissive. It doesn’t matter if they sell a sandwich for $2 or a Pendleton flannel for $600; if interacting with the owner and staff is unenjoyable, what's the point? You might as well just shop on Amazon. I expected better service, and it seems we're in a dark age of customer courtesy."
