"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. One of the staff members was unapproachable and ignored my requests. I asked to use the restroom twice, but she simply walked away. Fortunately, another employee helped me out. When I returned the key, she just pointed to the counter for me to leave it there. I found her behavior quite rude and unprofessional. I don't plan on returning."
