"Incredible experience over here today. I ordered on the app as I've been doing lately and inadvertently skipped over the fully involved part. (For the uninitiated that's lettuce, tomato, onions etc etc all the things that make a firehouse sandwich so good! Samantha was to make my sandwich, a medium Italian toasted, but decided to hold off because it wasn't too busy and the order seemed odd and kinda plain. When I walked in they asked if I had a pick up order and confirmed if I indeed wanted it fully involved. Of course I did, that's how I always get it! Samantha got working on the sandwich while Solomon joined the conversation. Samantha got the perfect sandwich to the counter before the scheduled pick up time. Really great team over here. They could have just banged out the sandwich per my incorrect instructions set it on the pick up rack and I'd have had an underwhelming lunch. They took the time as a team to hold off on making the sandwich to ensure I'd be completely satisfied. No one really does that anymore. Most times you're lucky to get the bare minimum. Exemplary customer service deserves recognition. This team delivers. I've been to this location dozens of times and each and every time I'm greeted warmly and with smiles. The team at this location consistently delivers a quality product with a great vibe and upbeat work ethic. Free sub on your birthday is a nice touch too."

"We visited this firehouse on 7/7/2024. I was tempted to leave a 1 star but the bathroom was clean. We have been driving for 4 hours. We looked this location up and drived miles from the hwy to come here. Not sure if this is a ghetto area or what. We all needed to use the restroom of course and they have just the one person use restroom. We have a family of 5 so it took us maybe 10-15 minutes. All the while, my husband was standing with our young son while us girls finished in the restroom, one at a time. The workers kept asking my husband, are you ready to order now??? They were being so impatient and rude about it. I was paying and I was last to use the restroom, not that should matter. The staff might just be misreable due to the older woman acting like the manager? She was screaming for everyone to hear that the AC still doesn’t work. The AC was fine. They asked if we wanted pickles. Yes we do. Did not get pickles. Then later we had to ask what else comes with our son’s meal. Manager lady said, it would be a rice crispy treat and it would be on his tray… we were like, ok but it wasn’t? She was SO rude. Food was not good, barely had any meat… and now all of our stomachs hurt. welcome to $56 for sub par food for a family of 5. Another restaurant to ask for a tip at the end of the transaction. A tip for what???? They do not get server pay. The service stinks anyway. Just go to Jersey Mikes!!"

"I am a professional in the area and I will never recommend this location to my peers or clients ever. Not only did the drivethru person treat me like an inconvenience, continuing to huff at me during the order and pick up conversations but he also completely screwed up the order, giving the wrong items and charging me for more items than I requested for. If a person does not want to genuinely help people and/or have some sort of people skills like this was missing in this person, then they should work in a profession without people contact. No level of good food is going to make me want to tolerate this kind of treatment. Will never return. I am leaving my old post so people can see the dramatic change. Today, I just gave this restaurant a second chance hoping this extended time gave the organization to address its hiring and training of adequate personnel. This has been achieved! I had a gentleman named Daone as the cashier. He not only was polite, kind, helpful and generous. He made sure the other staff made my sandwich as requested and insured it was all delivered to me perfectly. I also observed him waiting on many other customers after me as I dined in and saw he was consistent in his actions. He has turned my rating completely around and if I owned this establishment would promote him to a managerial position. Great people skills, follow through and integrity."
