"Small family-run restaurant with excellent food. After visiting Taiwan, the food here is comparable. The restaurant is quaint, but cozy. Their food is freshly made to order and not overdrenched in sauce like some other Chinese restaurants do to cover up food that’s not fresh. Modest prices and excellent traditional Chinese cuisine. This is not your Panda Express type restaurant. While they do make dishes like Mongolian Beef, I encourage you to try the more traditional dishes this restaurant is known for. RECOMMENDED: Minced pork over rice Jah Jerng Mein (Minced Pork Bean over dry noodle) Spicy Beef Stew Noodle (one of the best ive ever had) Wonton in Spicy Chili sauce (they use a special sauce that is amazing) Green onion pancake Shaolin Steamed Dumplings Kung pao chicken They also have the traditional Taiwanese Saturday Brunch Dimsum menu which includes the Sweet and Savory Soy Bean milk and salty chinese donuts (fahn twan)"
