"Always enjoyed eating at Big Fin, especially during Magical Dining. This year's selection was a bit disappointing. The shrimp pasta and salmon was ok, steak entree and shrimp appetizer delicious, dessert was mediocre. Server professional, but had to ask for refill and bread."

"Connors is one of the best family friendly restaurants in the Cool Springs area. The steaks are excellent, kid options are a-plenty and the atmosphere in the dining room is really cool. (We were seated in what looked like a banquet room and it was pretty stale. Service was excellent, I felt like we had the undivided attention of the servers. If you're looking for a spot near the mall and want something more than your typical chains, give Connors a try!"

"We had a party of 10 8:30pm on a Saturday. I have never had such slow service at an up scale restaurant as we experienced. We were sat right away, all of the service staff were kind however it took around 20 minutes to get drinks, mine was forgotten so another 10 before I received it. At least 30 more minutes for apps, 20-25 for dinner. My steak was ordered medium came with a cold red center. It was immediately taken to bring to proper temperature but another 15 minutes went by before receiving back. An order of mac n chz was forgotten when brought was not baked like the other, looked like it was just microwaved. Dessert took around 20 minutes after ordering the expresso martinis my daughter her boyfriend ordered were also forgotten brought only after we asked about them. On a $1000 tab the servers would have made well over the added 18% tip but with this experience we were not inclined to tip more. Not sure who was at fault for this service but the restaurant was not even full. The servers were all over the place, I’m not even sure we could pick them out if we saw them again. Sullivans you need to do better, we will not return after this experience."

"This was by far one of the best meals and experience. Our server Chris had to serve 8 of us and listen to our needs in splitting checks as it was a company trip. He had the best personality, took care of our experience and was on his game the entire 2.5 hours we dined. I can't forget all the other team members at Connors who brought food and drinks to help him. Your staff is amazing We were hesitant to stop because we all just got out of work and it looked. While it was a nice culinary experience, it was a casual fine food and we were never feeling as if we had not heard. The food was amazing. The fillet is the best I ever had. Several appetizers were divided and we found no one we didn't like. The cheesecake with strawberries and whip cream was by far the best I've ever tried. "We arrived from Phoenix 40 minutes early than our reservation. Instead of making us wait, they were able to seat us right away. Our server was very polite and very helpful. The calamari was delicious. What ever they poured on it was fantastic. The Caesar Salad was presented none like I have seen. Our steaks were cooked to our liking the first time (we did not have to return them). The servings were more than we could eat. We had to take our excellent deserts to go. You will not be disappointed will your meal. You will get what you pay for."

"Have eaten there four times. First three it was excellent. So I took my work group to treat them. My steak was way overcooked, almost burnt. My crab Cake was okay but nothing special. The mushrooms were very good. The Brussels sprouts were okay but lacked flavor. Noticed several team members didn’t finish their meals for whatever reason. The most telling thing was no one wanted to try dessert. Disappointed to say the least when our bill for 7 people was over $100 each and only three had one drink each."

"We celebrated my wife's birthday and my retirement during our recent visit to this restaurant. I made a reservation for my wife's birthday on Open Table and we were greeted and seated promptly upon arrival. Our booth was decorated with a Happy Birthday sign and covered in rose petals, which was a lovely touch. Our server, David, was exceptional and provided great menu suggestions. We started our meal with a glass of Pinot Grigio for my wife and a perfect Grey Goose dirty martini for me, along with Caesar and spinach salads that were fresh, crisp, and flavorful. For dinner, we had twin lobster tails, an 8 oz filet mignon cooked medium, and a side of crab fried rice. The lobster tails were perfectly cooked and the filet mignon had a great crust and juicy center. The crab fried rice was moist and delicious, a nice change from typical starch options. Despite feeling full, we were treated to a slice of cheesecake with strawberries and whipped cream with Happy Birthday written in cocoa on the plate. Sullivan's is definitely one of the best steakhouses we've been to with excellent food, service, and ambience. We look forward to returning in the future."

"The service was pleasant and efficient at this restaurant. Our waitress was very nice. The lobster bisque and crab cakes were delicious. They also served complimentary bread, which is not common these days. One downside is that the side dishes are expensive and it would be better if at least one was included in the price. However, we didn't really need the sides anyway. We will definitely return to this restaurant."

"We decided to try Red for restaurant week. It was our first time at the restaurant It was very busy for a Tuesday night. Our waitress explained the specials and made recommendations, that was very helpful. We started out with the specialty salad, which was excellent. I had the filet with blue cheese and the mac and cheese. The steak was done the way I like it and was one of the best I have ever had. The mac and cheese was to die for. This is one of my favorite things and it was enough for me to share and have some to take home. We decided on the trio for dessert. Our favorite was the donuts!!! "The evening was enjoyable overall. The service was attentive, the cocktails were delicious, and the food was generally tasty and well-prepared. However, the service felt rushed as all the dishes arrived at once. Unfortunately, my expensive NY Strip steak, ordered medium rare, was mostly inedible. "Purchased a bottle of wine the waitress tried to filter it but still had cork in it. The cork broke as she was trying to decork it. To me she should have just went and got another bottle of wine. "Our experience was terrible. The server was ok. I think he actually tried but something was off all night. We had to ask them to clear the table which siesta has dirty plates stacked up. The steaks were either over cooked or undercooked and tough. Like they cooked them too fast. I ordered the wagyu steak medium rare. One part was well the other half was raw. I’m not sure it was wagyu It tasted and chewed like a cheap ribeye After my first glass of sweet tea they ran out of sweet tea. Who runs out of sweet tea in Arkansas? I am fortunate enough to get to eat at a lot of high end restaurants and I thought I had found one here and wanted share a great meal with my family. Here are a few things that went wrong I dropped my napkin early in the night. I ended up sharing one with my wife as the server was never at our table long enough for me to ask for another. Appetizers we good Salads soups were good Steaks chicken not do good Drinks never offered my wife or son a second glass of wine or whiskey. Soft drinks ran out of sweet tea and refilled my dirty cup (dropped some sauce on the inside of the cup) no one ever notice Desert never even considered it. $700 later we won’t be back."
