"I went to smokey 's today and ordered a large ribbed plate; unfortunately, when I came home. the ribs I thought I would sink my teeth were shredded pork instead. I wasn't able to get back to smokey 's until I got out of work, and to my surprise. they were closed as I tried to hit the door. I then drove to the Drive-Thru window because I saw a coworker car until I was parked back; to my surprise no one was at the window. I decided this time to drive to the sign where they place their order, and hopefully someone inside will notice a car outside. Luckily the owner and his son literally went out of the building and I began to explain what happened to my order. the owner listened to intensely and apologized for the mishap with my order, then went back inside and took me with more than I had expected (a complete rib,) for my problems. I had made him and his son express that they no longer receive this kind of customer service!!! many places they go to express how sorry they are. but to go that extra mile to make what was wrong right, just don't happen anymore. next to the great customer service they receive here. this is great! thanks to many!
