"Went through the drive through approximately 10 minutes before close, and while the customer service was friendly, the wait was long (10+ minutes) and the food was disappointing. Waffle fries were limp, soggy, and room temperature. The Colossal burger was indeed colossal, but the patties did not have any color to them and were lacking in flavor. Totally understand that a rush at the end of a night is tough to handle, but for what you pay at Burgerville I expected more from the food. Edit: customer service reached out and made the situation right, so I will be giving this location another shot and will update this review accordingly"
