"I think this Vietnamese restaurant has not opened too long ago, as the tables and seats appeared relatively new. But I was excited to try a new Pho place. At 5.30 a.m. on a weekday it was not busy at all. Maybe there was a customer. But remember that this place is remote from Chapel Hill Road, so traffic could have been a problem. Well, as for the Pho, you can see that the broth is beautifully colored. The taste was okay, but it seemed either missing a few spices, or it wasn't long enough cooked. The rare beef was cooked simply enough and allowed the hot broth to cook the rest of the way as soon as it was served. The onions were crispy and the noodles were not overdue. Good single portion of sputs and basil (I don't like it when they give too much, and I feel guilty to wasting them. I could check this place again if I'm close in the future, but there are some other competitors closer to me, so we'll see."
