"I really don't enjoy giving low star reviews. However I was really disappointed in my milk tea from ThirsTea.I'm currently living in San Jose so I know what good milk tea is and unfortunately ThirsTea had bad milk tea.We got two drink and after the first sip we wished we could have gotten a refund. We got a Macha Milk Tea and an earl Grey Milk Tea both with boba. Both were extremely watered down. There was also very little ice. We think that maybe they pour hot tea over the ice, melting it and therefore watering it down? Not sure but it was not good at all. The boba was also not sweet enough. I grew up in Sonoma County and when I'm home I'm always on the lookout for a decent milk tea stop. My hunt continues...Despite the tea being so bad its cute inside and the server was friendly. Unfortunately that is not enough to make me come back again. I will not return."
