You have a guy who takes your order and brings you the food, but you need to remember your table number and pay a cashier on the front. It was exactly what I needed today, so that I will definitely go back. Luu Nudel is usually more crowded at noon, so it may be a slow day today. I have passed this place which is quite large and has a lot of seating when they are completely muddled and customers are waiting to come in the line.
